Summary of role/experience:
Before joining Statewide Conveyancing Shop in July 2004, Kylie worked for a well known Mackay Builder for a period of eight years. While employed there, Kylie obtained a high degree of experience in preparing building contracts. Kylie specialises in arranging transfer of properties between related parties. She is able to handle all types of transfers and the stamp duty complications that arise from doing Family Transfers. Kylie is also responsible for co-ordinating all Town Agency settlements conducted in our Mackay Office.
