About Roland Taylor
Roland is a Director of Statewide Conveyancing and is responsible for the overall management of the practice throughout Queensland.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws (UQ). He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1993 and is also admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia.
Roland has over twenty years’ experience in conveyancing and commercial litigation, and has acted for clients in commercial disputes in the Supreme, District and Federal courts.
He has managed Statewide Conveyancing since 2000 and now exclusively practises in conveyancing.
Roland also regularly presents at professional education seminars for solicitors and paralegals on conveyancing.
He works directly with real estate agents throughout the State, providing both formal and informal training and development opportunities for them.
About Bethel Campbell
Bethel began working in Mackay in early 2006 as a paralegal, whilst finishing her law degree.
After graduating from Griffith University in December 2006, Bethel continued to work with local firm, McKays Solicitors and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2007.
Bethel is the Legal Manager of Statewide Conveyancing and can assist clients with advice on buying and selling residential properties and other various conveyancing issues.
Bethel also concentrates on assisting clients with commercial property issues, such as the review and preparation of commercial leases, the sale and purchase
of commercial land and buildings, rural conveyancing, the purchase and sale of businesses, and can also assist clients with the preparation of wills
and powers of attorney.

About Emlyn Quinn
Emlyn completed her Bachelor of Laws through Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through The College of Law.
Before moving to Mackay, Emlyn has engaged in community legal work and provided advice in several areas of law including family law, domestic violence and minor criminal law matters.
Emlyn will be providing advice on a range of legal issues including parenting, property settlement and protection order issues.
Emlyn enjoys building positive relationships with clients to help support them on their journey through the family law process.
About Debbie Cornell
Debbie Cornell is part of the conveyancing team in Brisbane specialising in the sale of houses, land and units.
Debbie is also involved in client development, where she provides quotations for conveyancing and prepares contracts for clients.
She has had experience in the commercial department of the firm, and strives to provide quality, friendly and efficient service to all clients.
About Erin Chambers
Erin is also a Commissioner for Declarations and can assist clients with witnessing their documents.
She works closely with clients to provide advice in terms that are easy to understand and keeping her clients well informed to make the conveyancing transaction
smooth and hassle-free.
About Kayla Grieving
Kayla joined Statewide Conveyancing in Mackay in July 2011 after working in the legal industry as a legal secretary.
Kayla initially managed the practice's settlements, and quickly progressed through the ranks to become a Senior Conveyancing Consultant.
Kayla provides an efficient and helpful service to all clients, answering all queries to ensure clients feel valued each step of the way through the conveyancing process.
About Kerrie Toby
Kerrie began her legal career with local law practice, McKays Solicitors, in 1994 in Mackay and initially worked in the firm's commercial and litigation departments.
She now has over 15 years of experience in residential conveyancing and enjoys meeting new clients and offering professional and friendly service.
Kerrie is also a Commissioner for Declarations and can assist clients with witnessing their documents.
About Emma Newbery
Emma began her legal career in Mackay with the firm Barry Beaverson & Stenson in 1991. The firm merged with local law practice, McKays Solicitors, in 2002, where she worked in the commercial section.
Emma then commenced with Statewide Conveyancing in October 2002.
Emma is an experienced clerk who specialises in purchases of land, houses, and units and off the plan purchases.
She also handles a large volume of investment clients purchasing off the plan units in North Queensland.
Emma's main goal is that every transaction is handled to the best interest of her clients and that the client is kept informed at all times during the transaction.

About Amanda Peno
Amanda began working in the legal industry in 1998 and since that time has gained a wide variety of experience in secretarial, paralegal and administrative roles.
For over 10 years, Amanda has been contributing to the success of Statewide Conveyancing in Mackay, as a Conveyancing Paralegal and Accounts/Reception Coordinator.
Amanda's vast experience allows her to assist clients with any conveyancing queries they may have.
Amanda is also a Comissioner for Declarations and can help clients with witnessing documents.
