Misty Di-Filippo - Director of Statewide Conveyancing

We are delighted to announce Misty Di-Filippo’s appointment as a Director of Statewide Conveyancing, joining Bethel Campbell and Katrina Peters in leading the practice.

Misty brings over 20 years of experience in rural and commercial property conveyancing, business transactions, leasing and franchising, along with a practical understanding of the people behind every transaction.

Having grown up with business-owning parents in Proserpine and marrying into a local cane farming family, Misty understands the personal significance of property and business decisions. They often reflect years of hard work, support family livelihoods and shape plans for the future.

Known for her approachable manner, patience and clear advice, Misty helps clients navigate complex decisions with confidence. She also shares her knowledge with the wider farming community through regular contributions to the local Canegrowers magazine, writing legal articles on a range of commercial and rural law topics.

Beyond her legal expertise, Misty is known for her kindness, patience and generosity with her time. She takes a genuine interest in helping others develop, whether that means guiding a junior lawyer, supporting a graduate, or helping a member of our support team.

As Director, Misty will continue to grow our commercial and rural law services, while working alongside Bethel and Katrina to ensure our clients receive the knowledgeable, personal service Statewide is known for.
